Shipping policy
We ship all our products directly from our warehouse in Switzerland and offer delivery throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Exact delivery times can be found on the respective product pages.
Shipping costs for orders
Orders over CHF 49 are delivered free of charge. For orders below CHF 49, we charge a shipping fee of CHF 9.
Rental units and repair orders
Flat-rate shipping costs apply to rental units and repair orders:
- Parcel shipping: CHF 25 per parcel
- Freight shipping: CHF 90 per pallet
Delivery services
Depending on the warehouse location and the size of the goods, shipping is carried out by Swiss Post, freight forwarding company or parcel service.
Checking the goods upon receipt
The customer must inspect the products immediately upon receipt for accuracy, completeness and any damage. Any defects must be reported to the company (ecofort AG) immediately after discovery, but no later than within 3 calendar days of receiving the shipment. The product must be kept in the delivered condition and must not be put into operation.
In the case of delivery by a freight carrier:
- By signing the delivery note, the customer confirms with their signature on the delivery note that there are no obvious defects in the product.
- Obvious defects must be noted on the delivery note.
- This does not apply to hidden defects that are not immediately apparent.
Pro clima – sustainable shipping
Swiss Post has been committed to climate protection for many years. Since 1 January 2021, all shipments bearing the “pro clima” label have been CO₂-compensated. This means that letters, parcels, freight shipments and press products – both domestic and international – are shipped in a climate-neutral way.
Swiss Post covers all surcharges incurred for CO₂ compensation. Compensation is achieved through investments in high-quality climate protection projects in Switzerland and abroad. In this way, Swiss Post makes an active contribution to promoting renewable energy, reducing CO₂ emissions and increasing energy efficiency.
