Refund policy
As our product range consists predominantly of consumable items, returns and refunds are generally excluded once delivery has been completed. This applies in particular to cases of dissatisfaction, incorrect orders or products ordered by mistake.
Your statutory rights in the event of goods being delivered damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied remain unaffected. In such cases, the defect or incorrect delivery must be reported in writing to our customer service team immediately after receipt of the shipment.
Returns and complaints
Please check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt for completeness, accuracy and any visible damage. Transport damage, incorrect deliveries or obvious defects must be reported to us in writing immediately after receipt.
No returns for correctly delivered goods
- No returns in case of dissatisfaction
- No returns in case of incorrect orders
- No returns of opened or used consumable items
- No returns of filters, vacuum cleaner bags, water filters, batteries and comparable consumable items if delivered correctly
Complaint in the event of damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods
If goods are delivered damaged, defective or incorrectly, this must be reported in writing immediately after receipt. After reviewing the complaint, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement delivery, repair, credit note or refund, insofar as statutory warranty claims apply.
Returns will not be accepted without prior notification and approval from our customer service team.
